Dusk

First of all you know what you're doing. The colour scheme fits in well with the rest of the scene, and the blur makes it look elegant. The focus is on the cat, which is gorgeous, you can see the texture you've made with the cat's fur, and the foreground (branch, flowers etc) the texture brings life to the art work whether it be imaginary or not. The one thing however i would critique would be the cat's face. To me, the face seems a bit blurred like the background, and the light around the cat seemed like a bit too overwhelming. Overall, I can see your vision and where you were heading with this!
